How can i make my car shine? what products should i use for best results?

im basically getting new products and need advice on what to get?

was thinking of autoglym high gloss polish?

any suggestions?

My mate had a black Bora, he colour sanded the whole car with wet and dry then used a mop and 3M polish and cutting paste, It was easily the shiniest black car around here!

I used some off the shelf products on one of my old black corsa's, Auto glym super resin polish seemed to do the trick, used some megs stuff such as claybar and wax tec.
