think was bout time that i do this been 2yrs now
do i jus call up sayin i wana declare modifications?
oh gotta tell em bout me 3points too
1, do i jus tell them got 17" alloys, its lowered, tinted windows, smoked lights all round, air filter

2, do i tell em i have 17" darev2s, lowered 40mm on gmax springs, MHW rear lights etc.........
coz when u tell em makes n stuff its like ur talkin to a monkey

um best bet is to sound as 'options' as you can I think. Also you don't wanna sound like a boy racer.
Personally, 'after-market' air filter. Tinted 'security' windows. Alloy wheels. After-market lights.
But, when spec'ing wheels, make sure you make the tyres sound very high performance. I got money knocked off mine cos they said it's nice to know you're not buying crap.

Suppose it's weird though, cos if I phoned for a 2.0L price, it's not like their system would say Corsa 1.2 16V upgraded to a 2.0L -- too many different options for it to have that, so they must just make up the price....

yeah but when one person gives you a quote they load notes on their system so the next person knows what was quoted. when i rang up to accept mine they read out all the quotes i'd asked for, different named drivers, different excesses they'd quoted me on etc.
