General information -
T reg star silver corsa sport, fitted with a 2 litre 8 valve turbo lump.....
Engine: Fully rebuilt 2 litre 8 valve lump with all new gaskets, timing belt, seal, piston rings, bearing, shells etc. Low compression pistons, low compression reconditioned cylinder head, custom stainless equal lengh 4 branch exhaust manifold, garrett t3/t4 hybrid turbo, full custom stainless exhaust system(4" outwardly rolled exit), sard blow off valve, huge front mount intercooler, xe oil cooler, 38mm external wastegate, f16 gearbox, proberly forgot something.
Brakes: Cavalier v6 288mm front brake conversion with groved discs, new rear brakes.
Suspension: lowered all round on gmax nova extra low 60mm springs.
Wheels: 5 Vauxhall 5 spoke alloys, yoko tyres (close to limit)
Interior: Standard sport interior, sparco gear knob, richbrook black door pins.
Exterior: Star silver sport shell, rear mudflaps, debadged front grill, smoked rear lights with led bulbs, small bubble of rust on boot and bottom corner of passenger door.
Summary: The car is close to completion, it needs all intercooler pipe kit to fit the intercooler and an exhaust elbow with wastegate fitting making up to fit the new turbo to the exhaust system. Car will run once these are done, it was running before it fitted the new turbo and intercooler but have run out of time and money to do the finishing touches  . The car is currently sorn with no tax or mot. It is still registerd as a 1.4 16v sport, upto the new owner to change.
