6 hours a day, are you a professional?
can you give us a break down of your daily training regime?

If you're training 6hrs a day it won't really matter what you eat!
I'd suggest the Michael Phelps diet.

how long do you weight train for.and do you train everyday?if you do rest for a few days after and you will see better gains as thats how you build the muscle up by training then resting, the resting is letting your muscles repair and get bigger.6 hours a day is alot though.

Rest is a principle of training. If you train everyday there is a large chance you will be overtraining and wasting your time basically.

you're training far too long. Your muscles go into a catabolic state after about 45mins. Even if you were on juice your muscles couldnt recover in time. how long have you been doing this for mate?

6hrs a day? dont you work lol? id be suprised if theres any actual wortwhile intensity in any of your workouts.
300g of protein a day and 300g of carbs a day with 50g of fat is sort of a basic allrounder sports orientated diet. you would probably need double the carbs in there though just to fuel your workouts.
TBH you need to drop traing to around 1-1.5 hrs a day max if you arent training for a professional sport. or 2 1 hr sessions daily, say a 10am cardio session and a 5pm weight session.
