Not just today, but generally, what do you have?

Where im getting old, im getting porkie. I generally have 2 rounds of sandwiches (4 slices), with ham, or cheese etc. Sometimes I might treat myself to some curry chicken, or spiced chicken, or turkey etc.

Im a fussy badger, I don’t like all the coleslaw type fillings. I don’t have any fast food places around at all, my lunch is whatever is on sale in Asdas.

If you want to loose weight, eating brad won’t help, nor will red meat, cheeses, microwave curries, pasta, its all carb orientated and fundamentally fattening.

So what do you have, whats your weekly diet? Do you set a budget per week as I do, do you have the same food all the time? Is it fattening, do you care (most of you lot are still wippets so have fast metabolisms). Are you on a diet, or trying to loose a bit of weight, what do you eat?

What is a non fattening, filling, and tasty lunch???

Jacket potato with plain tuna and a side salad. I have that most lunch times. And then snack on plain nuts, fruit and rivita during the day.

edit - oh and I do a shop at the start of the week at the supermarket near work, buy about £10 worth of the above, some milk, weetabix and bananas for breakfast if I'm on earlies.

If I bring it in myself I usually make sandwiches. 6 slices, either ham, cheese or some sort of sandwich filler like chicken and bacon. Then a packet of crisps too.

If I'm buying lunch generally get a baguette or a large bun from the sandwich shop with similar fillings to the above. Sometimes get a pie for a change.

I normally live off the Light Choices ready-meals from Tesco, I go monday lunch time and get a weeks worth.

Basically I'm a pig and thats the only thing I can eat for lunch that fills me up and doesnt make me a fat bloater.

Not got anything like that round here. Don't Jacket potatoes need cooking first, does a microwave cook spuds?

Nelli will get a shock this year K3. 1 stone more weight has been added.

I have done the cereal at lunch thing, but find it leaves me hungry still.

Oh, I also have a bag of baked walkers crisps.

Before i was ill and working id have sarnies (4 slices) with cheese and onion or ham and pickle, and always have either chippy or a maccys on a friday.
I cant eat alot anymore so normally just have a bowl of frosties or toast in the morning and that keeps me going till the evening.

Aye, but they taste nice and arn't fattening.

Probably becuase you get about 2-3 crisps per pack

Willay - Asda don't do jackets We have buggar all round here.

Its the only thing I miss about the city, the variety of shops you could go to get food. KFC, McD, BK, sandwhich, Italian, curry, chinese, everything.

Asda isn't so good

I always bring a pack up, usually consists of toast or bagel (I can't eat breakfast until 10ish!) Sarnie wise I usually have ham/ham and cheese or chicken, and maybe some salad in it. Then a yogurt and banana, may have a cheeky pack of crisps too.

Alternate between sliced bread, subs, chibatta baps, baguettes and cheesy bread too

Today I have:

Toast
Cheesy bap with ham
Choc au pain
Jaffa cakes
Yoghurt
