Doubt it.
Driver was probably too busy murdering a prostitute in the cab to notice the Clio on his bumper.

But, anyway, would put me off driving for a bit if I was in that Clio! As for the lorry driver, rubbish he couldn't see / hear that!!

Thing is the Police already investigated it and didnt follow it up. He's got away with whatever it is that happened.

Also surely if the Clio driver wanted to they'd have already mentioned that they were being pushed sideways for ages

I'm pretty sure that wont matter now that this has turned up. Doubt they will let it go.

Surely the Clio owner has already mentioned this? Or that maybe they arent bothered. I dont see how they wouldn't have already told the Cops this.

You cannot be arrested more than once for the same crime.
Still...

Reckon she changed lanes at the last minute, rear got caught same way as how police spin cars and it just got stuck to the front, it could be done really smoothly so the lorry driver didn't notice what-so-ever tbh

As said, it would be so easy for the driver not to hear/see.
Wet road, lots of sound deadling as most lorrys, no front mirror.
Totally believable he didnt notice.

The driver and operator of the truck company are being pulled up in front of the senior traffic commissioner on monday. Even if the police have decided not to do anything the TC has more power in this case than them anyway

Should have bought a 106, the Grip would have stopped the lorry.
