Alot, better off putting a C20LET in tbh mate...

But in answer to your question....

Turbo
Turbo manifold
Turbo manifold downpipe
Oil feed pipes
Low comp. pistons
Thicker headgasket
5th injector setup??
Aftermarket management to get benefit

Total Cost??...Fitting?? Id say £1500

The price of a decent LET engine £800-900

Plus fitting £300-400

Taking lowest figures £1100

and for the power output even if its slighty more expensive it will be worth it.....

Plus there hasnt been a huge success rate in doing turbo conversions on the 1.6 engines

very good reply, but i'd say if done correctly i reckon this could be manageable.

If you get high comp pistons, and a thick head-gasket, i could see it working! maybe uprated valves to handle the boost.

this has been tried, it won't work, to get the compesion right your gonna need new pistons.

Also just copy a turbo block ..for everything.

can get low comp pistons from flatlander over on mig and oil feed comes off the oil pump where the pressure sensor goes put it on a t-peice and oil return goes in to the sump at its highest level, and for the manifold you can use a 200sx manifold and have it modded to fit
