pros:
-they are made of a blue and black material

cons:
- you wouldnt let your mates, or anyone for that matter catch you wearing them

would you use them for outdoor running or jogging on the spot?

sorry Dom I thought they were weights you strapped around your ankles and go running with them. i'd be well concerned about the safety of them though

No they are for doing inverted exercises like sit ups, crunches etc and general stretching of the body. Can't work out if they are a gimmick or actually worth having (there about £40-60 a pair). Reading around forums it seems to be a bit 50/50 on opinions - some people really rate them and say they can help with back and muscle problems, others say they are a load of shit and can cause problems in the long run.
Was just wondering if anyone on CS had a pair, but i'm guessing not.

look like a massive waste of money to me. would keep your cash in your wallet. £60 quid to be able to do a limited number of exercises? What would you hang off?
