I just got a set of 5000k off ebay. Were only Ł35.

Had 10000k on the ibiza at first, Way too blue and looked rediculaous so i swapped them for some 6000k ones and to me they still looked a little too blue.

6000 all day long. 4300 are the same as factory VAG cars and look quite yellow. Wouldnt go to 8000 as they are quite blue.

Ring HID's direct and talk to Dane. He'll tell you whats best.

i had 8k and never had any trouble with the police, they look best imo too

I'll be getting the 8k for my Polo soon. When they say hi/lo, what do they mean by that, is that to do with hi beam and low beam? I really confused.

My 4300k are white, no yellow in them at all, give an awesome light on backroads, don't really use highbeam now!

I got mine from Alltronix Ltd off ebay, if you look through their listings you can find slim ballast ones for less than Ł60 posted! UK seller (based in Worksop, Notts) and has a 1year warrenty

tempted to shop it for something else, but after a remap I may wanna keep it for a bit.
also need to sort out a weird boost problem that I occasionally get at high revs and speed.
