Just been watching Richard Hammands Engineering connections, great program worth a watch.
Anyway at one point they are explaining turbos and I was wondering what car this is and what turbo it uses (Looks like a Garret GT28 or similar) as even though they explain the concept they dont tell you about the actual car 
Looks like an F3 car? but they use NA engines...
So just a race car then proberly used in certain competitions here, but what car and what engine is it?

Powertrain
As indicated by the name of the championship, there is a professional agreement with AUDI AG. The transmission is a magnesium-cased Hewland FGC five-speed transaxle, which includes a limited slip differential.[3]
