It's a side effect from burning hydrogen and oxygen, i.e combustion H20

ok. ive had another head put on it and now theres water but its been stud for 3 weeks just about also there is still smoke and slight miss fire

Mine piles loads of water out the exhaust when it's been stood for a while in the cold. Just condensation as already pointed out.

if its cold, then its ok, if its been running for a while, run away.
