i fitted a mantzel and a janspeed 4-2-1 and a sportex system all in all cost me around £600 for the lot and in my eyes it was money well spent , car pulls alot stronger all through the rev range but it goes crazy from 4500rpm to 6500rpm

would that be one of the best to go for or are they all pretty much the same? what sort of power do you think your car is running? is it a 1.4 or 1.6? thanks

its a x16xe , the lexmaul is suppose to show better gains on the x14xe and the mantzel is supose to be the best choice for the x16xe , a duno what my cars bhp is but its just as fast if not faster than a 2.0 8v 130

Not quite, power wise may be around the same but the 1.6 will always have better torque

My mate had a 1.4 16v, janspeed - this - and a remap *Inc a rev limiter module, and it made around 120-125bhp if i remember correctly.

^Taken from that thread posted.

Might have to get one and a janspeed manifold after ive sorted out some bodywork
