alrite peps i bought a corsa sport 1.6 not to long ago now and it had a pipercross induction kit on it. it also has a straight threw decat sportex exhaust system and its very loud. If i put the standard airbox back on would it make any difo performance wise and wud it make it any quieter??? thanks

i have the same exhausts sytem as you with a decat aswell on my x16xe and yes it is very loud , mines has a drilled and de restricted airbox and its still loud

Sound wise your lose some induction noise, but other than that the exhaust note prob wont change much.
Performance wise, In thery your gain a couple of bhp as the air should be colder with the airbox, insted of the induction kit.
