Got into work this morning to this email from a lovely customer

"Michael Barnshaw, why don't you and LG shove your head up a dead bears Arse.
I thought the load of paki's that I bought the TV from were complete wankers clearly they were working from your "Standard Company Procedure" FUCK YOU."

Punish us for not helping him repair his TV which was 16 months out of warranty, oh yea he also kept saying he was a ministry of sound DJ as if it made a difference?

one of the guys here about a year ago was sacked, a customer called at about 11am and it was a really hot nice friday, and the customer was going off on one about something or other and the guy on the phone said to him "listen sir, i was having a really good morning until you called" customer took it all the way and guy got let go did crack me up though.
