BBQ ! Proper American BBQ

I want pulled pork, ribs, cornbread muffins.. All that sort of "goodness"

Have been to Bodean's a couple of times and although their Pulled Pork is nice and the Burnt Ends even nicer their ribs are quite dry and you dont get enough meat on them

Anyone been to The Big Easy, Chicago Rib Shack ??

Texas Embassy is good but can have off days. Not really a BBQ place. Would go there more for Fajita's and stuff like that.

Benn to Outback in America and its really good steak. Again not really BBQ... Why dont we do BBQ in this country ??

(when i mean BBQ i mean meats that have been smoked for 14hrs or cooked over night.. kinda like a hog roast)

Yeah, Texas embassy wasnt my thing at all, I still had my gallbladder at the time too so I had to be careful not to eat too much fried stuff, which as you know is bloody impossible there

Been to Tony Roma in Kingston. was nice.. ribs were pretty good.
went to one over in Florida and it was shamazin !..
