Painted or waxoyl?

Obviously paint will be a lot better looking than waxoyl, but it isnt going to protect against rust

True that. Already done the underside of the car in waxoyl, still need to do the arches. Had a wheel off the back last week and cleared out about 4 inches of dirt from the back of the arch

It's a job I have marked down for mine, can see too much with that big wheels now

yer waxoyl isn't over paintable if its correctly "sealed" then painting them is fine

Fuck it, good old underseal it is, better than it rotting away. Notice theres a tiny bit of surface rust starting on the lip of the rear arches, might get them touched up.

thing is, if you painted them, would you keep taking the wheels off and cleaning it so it looked nice and painted? or would you paint it and ignore?
