so i have a 1.6 16v corsa with a cat back exhaust, and a mantzel inlet

rolling roaded at 125bhp and 115 torques




















lets here it! rollers were reading high

edited because of stupidity

125bhp 1.6 would never make 158ft lbs of torque unless it had some shitty fucked up bodge job turbo conversion. Either way its not right.

My 1.6 made 3 more bhp with decat and 4-2-1! You must look after your engine or the rol.....

had a 1.4 with 98bhp
and clio 182 with 185
and now a 1.6 with 125

i bought the car to be a cheap stepping stone so i could save up for a better car

spent about 1.5k on it

not a bad figure that, my 1.6 made 121bhp with a mantzel style inlet but standard exhaust.

Goes to show the inlet is definantly the better mod between the 2 . I was tempted to buy an aftermarket exhaust but cant justify the money for just an extra 4-5 bhp. Rather spend the money on a bigger engine and a genuine 158ish ftlbs touque lol
