Has anyone carried out DIY Engine/Gearbox Mount Strengthening?
Ie, filled and coated the Rubber sections with a form of Silicone/Resin or whatnot?
I need to replace some mounts soon, but want to try to give them some extra strength too.
Also... Has anyone got experience of the single Vibra-Technics Poly Mount?

Cheers Nic - Windscreen Bonder was what I was trying to think of, but couldn;t remember what it was I'd seen elsewhere!
Vibrations don't bother me really either - don't think I can buy all the mounts uprated already for a Smallblock XE...

Cheers Ste
I did look on HH, but I'vbe never had to deal with any Smallblock Mounts before, so didn't know if the ones on the link were suitable or for Conversions.
Price isn't too bad when the single one Vibra-Technics offer is around £120 alone...
Still, DIYing it the cheapest option

It's not, so vibration isn't an issue to me

Ive heard of cutting up exhaust rubbers and packing them into the mounts then fill it with some sort of tigerseal/sikaflex works a treat.
