Right im now ready to fit my throttle bodies, but taking the lower inlet off is something i have never done....
I have changed my upper inlet to a Vx powerbox, is removing the lower inlet a bit of a ballache and where would i start??
I cant find any guides anywhere so i just want to be sure with what im facing 
Any help will be greatly appreciated

it is a ball ache yes, long reach 13mm and extension par is about the best,

Its easy if you have removed the long inlet pipe that runs behind

Funilly enough because they are the items that are physically holding the inlet to the head.
But if you want to be pendantic you could start by opening the bonnet and finding some tools.

dare i say it you disconnect all the sensors, plugs etc that go to the inlet, grab a ratchet spanner and you undo all of the bolts, thats all there is to it

What did you expect? You are asking how to start removing something that is held on with nuts and bolts?? Its all fairly obvious upon observation.

13mm socket and a long extension bar, once you have removed the upper inlet it's fairly straight forward just need patience and your back will start to hurt.

I shall stick my head in there at lunch and have a look 
I was asking a fairly simple question though, i have never removed one before and didnt want to chuck myself into it without knowing what to expect

undo all the bolts on the top and bottom, give it a pull, if it doesnt come off, start swearing and looking for stuff you have missed
