How good are these?
I am doing a 2.0l conversion on a 1.2 and was going to use Astra GTE brakes as I was told they go straight on.
Have been offered above as I can't find any GTE brakes but are they as good?
Cheers,

1.4 16v brakes are 236 by 20 1.6 16v brakes are 256 by 20 iirc
the gte ones are 256 by 24
i wouldnt go for 1.4 ones but wouldnt have thought the difference between 1.6 and gte would be that great although they would probably dissipate the heat better

Have you tried Migweb?
I picked some up for 40 nuggets only last week.
There are tons for sale on there. Just check the posts where people are breaking cars.

Yeah 4-pots are great(well talking from my Saxo/106 background) however this boy doesn't have £500 lying around so it's going to have to be GTE setup for now.
IF I CAN FIND ANY!!!
