Trim it if you're going to pan fry it. Leave it to crisp up if you're grilling it. Soggy fat is a no-no...

Why would you want to cut the fat off?

friday at work on pay day so thought i would treat myself to a bacon roll. Wish i had just asked for bread as i spent a few mins removing the chewy fat from the bacon. Knew i should have gone for banger roll.

i have stated how i like my bacon. There are no options. Sadly the woman in the cafe thinks the same and i got what i was given and was on road before i realised. Nothing i could do marc. Nothing.
