I had my corsa setup on gaz coilovers front and normal spings at back, fitted an lsd and whiteline rear anti rol bar but car went worst than standard for road handling as front feel light on acceleration and understeer in corners and wandering.
front springs are 300lbs and rear 250 lbs but had to setup front a bit high due garage ramps . I can feel something moving when getting on ramps suspecting something wrong with bushes. got powerflex bushes all round.
when setup on wheel alignment machine got some problem on caster on lh wheel.+0.44 instead of +1.55 more that 1 deg difference.
any idea what could i do to improve as car sometimes feels very dangerous.??

I had exactly the same set up as you when my Corsa was a XE and a LET. Well, apart from the caster stuff. But mine handled spot on and I was seriously impressed. Any chance the car could have been in an accident previous to you owning it without you knowing?
Edit - Mine had the front anti roll bar removed...

no car seems that was not involved in accident usually car involved in accident their wheel alignment is far off than that.
toe lh -00.04' rh -00.06' ok
camber lh -00.22' rh -01.25' +01.33' should be between -01.00 to +01.00'
castor lh +00.44' rh +01.50' -01.50' should be between -01.00' to +01.00'

I had shit loads of camber on my corsa on gaz coilovers. The best thing to do id say is eccentric top mounts so it can be adjusted. Thier is no set figures for camber and toe settings for a lowered corsa as far as i believe. So maybe a case of trial and error if you have to facilitys at your disposal

as above. camber bolts or adjustable top mounts needed.
