well yesterday me and the missus thort we'd go for a drive as you do on a sunny bank holiday; we had a good morning. on the way home were just drive down the road then all of a sudden a taxi pulls out and bang, we didnt even have time to brake the car spun 90 degrees but ill just let the pictures do the talking

the funny thing about it was the first thing the taxi driver did was jump out and pull all the taxi signs off lol he didnt say sorry all he said was he didnt see us coming and wen the police turned up he tryed blaming us ???? i dont know how this could be are fault we were on a main road and he turned into us
but needless to say we are pretty sore this morning and were gonna go up to hospital for a check up
and the cars gettin picked up later 4 the insurance t check it out

Unfortunate, shop the taxi driver for sure if he tried to cover the fact he's a driver.

Where there any witnesses? This is crucial if liability is going to be disputed even when it looks as clear cut and straightforward as your circumstances do.
My solicitors are still battling for my case for my accident last November. The guy admitted liability at the scene but when he got home his insurance company talked him out of it ffs.

well we've bin t hospital we both have whiplash i can bearly move and i think the reason he tuk the taxi sticker off was because it would b bad 4 bussness if people see one of there taxi's smashed up there was witnesses so fingers crossed things will go 2 plan the mg has been taken away this mornin but doesnt look good and in its place we have a 59plate colt with only 1100miles on the clock lol shame its only a 3 cylinder but its all good

i doubt you were injured, you're just faking it etc etc etc corsasport knows best as always.
sorry to hear that mate. i'd get to the doctors asap. also, for the biggest personal injury payout you should go to A+E (my GP told me this).
my back is still hurting from my accident (hit up the rear end) from 6 weeks ago now, so don't think it'll go away after a few days because it won't.
hope it all works out for you mate, looks like a clear cut case.
most people won't admit liability at the scene. when the woman hit me up the rear she said it was my fault because i slowed down whilst going around a tight bend fucking idiots.

Mate, my sisters good mate is dyslexic and she can spell just as good as me, if not better, its just takes her longer to spell the words, you're displaying signs of laziness, and I'd assume you're in your 20's as being a text typing mong seems to be all the rage at that age.
