Not sure, but Burnley qualify for whatever that Fair Play thing is. I wasn't sure if the Intertoto was UEFA/Europa qualifying.

IIRC if you win the Intertoto you then go onto qualifying for the Europa

Not really worth it IMO as you end up playing about 60 games if you get all the way through.

But for a club like Burnley, they would benefit from the extra income from it surely making it worth while? And lets be honest they wouldn't get anywhere near winning

If Burnley do get in they'll go straight into the Europa League. Intertoto doesn't exist anymore
