you'll get an XE for the cost of cams and a map, didnt you say in another thread the redtop was too expensive?

yeah. dont know wat to do mate. thing is i dont know any1 who can fit one ect. i need to fit everything aswel eg engine gearbox loom ect.... and what happens when it comes to emissions test at mot? always wundad that lol

youd be better off investing your money in a decent suspension, wheels and brake setup and stripping the car out for free

already got decent fk coilovers. i would really lik a redtop just need mega advide on finding all the parts and someone to fit it for me. and advide of what happens on mot ect.

ok, we understand your pissed off your 1.6 is slower then a 106 gti , we understand you say you want a power box one day, a remap the next, a redtop and now today its cams, please please please can you just post on one thread instead of making daily threads.

Ironic thing is, as he hasn't got a clue, he'll probably get a ropey XE, have it fitted, then race someone in a 16v French can, and still get beaten.

Only a healthy XE will pull on a 16v sardine tin. A ropey one will loose out.

send the log book off telling them its 2.0 and because the age of the engine you wont need a cat
it will have to meet the emissions of a redtop donor vehicle you need prove of the engine tho

insurance will be the same as the donor vehicle aswell would of been if u had that..says on the redtop conversion guides
