If you could afford an Evo 8/9 why would you even consider a Scooby?
Then again, why would consider a Scooby at all?
Evo all the way.

I bought a Hawkeye recently and wouldn't look back

Test drive both and see! If you want, U2U me and I can send some pics. Pretty standard black one, with a few subtle things done.

Evo all the way imo, you'll get a very good evo for £13k, I personally like the look of the 8 better than the 9 but the nine comes with the better engine, stage one mods with see you with 400bhp/400lbft

There not that bad tbh, the engine oil is changed every 4.5k so about the same as every other high performance car, the rest of the oils diff, gearbox, transfer box only need done once a year same as the plugs. The filters get changed then as well apart from the air filter which will be and induction kit of some make anyways. Its just that all the oils etc are top quality and aint exactly cheap.
