insurance is always worth it but im not sure about track insurances as ive neva had it b 4 lol

You should be responsible if you take someone out if its your fault, didnt someone on here get crashed into in there clio 172/182? Pretty sure they had to foot their own bill.

Yeah Butler, the guy was a wanker too, but I seriously doubt anybody would foot someone elses bill, it's a risk you take

if you bash into someone its between the two parties to sort it out, but from what I've seen you can just say piss off and have a fist fight instead of paying out anything.

i will be doing track day soon with a few mates from work, deffo wont be takign out insurance! if i smash up my corsa i smash it up..

I would have thought that the insurance would only cover your car and not anyone elses because as willay said you could just tell them where to go.

better to take a few large mates so you can batter anyone who crashes into you

or force them to pay

Last year my normal insurance came with trackday cover but it only covered my car, no third parties and the excess went upto a grand, don't know how specialist trackday policies work tho, after being on track a few times I can't see me ever bothering

I would only get it if I was taking something really expensive on track, sort of 20k+

ive never had it on track .. and tbh i always thought track insurance only covers you thrid party
