has anybody had any bad expereince with these. do they have the same troubles as the what rovers are famous for?

Not entirely sure - but it's a shonky old turbo diesel engine, if you've ever heard them. Can't imagine they're that fast.

And iirc, it's only a TD, not TDi.

Thrown together by a bunch of Brummy monkies who seem to have been workin on a perpetual Friday afternoon, bad engine, cheap and tacky trim.

Oh, and remember that it's just a 15 year old Rover 200 in a dress, with front suspension from 1984

have to agree hate MG with a passion. As mentioned its a car designed in the 80s! and no longer exist.

ive got no bad ords about them.ive had at least 8 mgs and all were fine bar one whichm had head bolt problems

just ive got the chance to get an 02 plate zr for cheap money. just wondering what there like as the corsa turbo has come to a stop so am wanting to sell that and buy another car

very underated cars, should be around 115bhp as standard so not bad, if you put a set of SDI injectors on and do a little porting you can easily see 150bhp+.

the engines are great, but can chew fuel pumps, my old rover 25TD blew a pump at 75k, check the belts have been done, and dont let anyone tell you it has a leather interior, it doesnt its PVC.

if its cheap go for it, they handle well, very torquey and very underestimated car
