Check you are paying for your insurance on your phone via the bill!!!

I went to make a claim today and they told me after the first months free insurance ran out it wasn't carried on then they told me it was my fault for not checking my bill etc etc FFS i have enough going on without having to check my bill that has always been for the same amount

Wankers

yes they are wankers.

set up a direct debit with my old bank, bills came out fine. changed bank, they witched all my D/D's over but for some reason the vodafone one didn't work.

set one up when they said a payment was late, and now this month it hasn't come out again...

shitty retarded call centre worker wankers.

now i have to mess about sorting it all out because they can't do their job properly.

Lets say you supposedly "lost" your phone and tried claiming through a seperate insurance company, would they try to cancel that phone?

Well it's when you work out over the years I've paid nearly £300 for nothing... whereas with that money if I did actually loose a phone it would cost less than that to replace it anyway.

I'm with vodafone, i have the monthly contract payment and a seperate monthly insurance payment.
I've actually never had a problem with vodafone in about 8 years.
