Why after removing sport my bumper and fit a gsi bumper there is a visible gap between headlamps and lights. sports bumper was spot on as car has never been involved in accident the Gsi is one has all clips intact too ??

That's quite common and can be a right pain to get right. In short they just don't fit very well
