Got new brake pads and discs two weeks ago, hear a ticking noise and thought it was the engine but its coming from the passenger wheel where a new caliper was also fitted,not sure if something is stuck or what the problem is,any suggestions?

When i had a ticking in my corsa like that it was grit which had worked into the front bearing as it stopped when i replaced it.

Jack it up and spin it you should be able to locate the noise.

big fuck off screw in the front tyre gave me a ticking noise from the drivers side front wheel last week

Turned out one of the clips that hold the brake pad in was missing. We put one in and bingo , noise gone.
