i posted a thread ages ago saying that i had bought a civic vti for £500, but i have been working in Indonesia the past 2 months, so got home last monday, then set to work on tuesday on the car. i fully serviced it (plugs, oil, filters, etc) and have gave it a good clean, as the previous owner (my mate) never polished it once in the 6 years he owned it

hopefully next week my mate is taking it into his bodyshop for a machine polish.

modifications:
HKS induction kit
4 branch manifold and full system powerflow exhaust
quickshift
lowered allround on jamex springs and shocks
carbon fibre bonnet (only the skin is carbon, the frame is fibreglass)
spoon oil cap and radiator cap
pioneer headunit , 6x9s & vibe sub/amp
the windows were tinted but the tints have really faded
he also gave me a set of smoked headlights (similar to smoked depos) they are not fitted yet, and a brand new pair of honda mudflaps

for £500 i would say that was a bit of a bargain?

the car goes/sounds reaaly good, so heres some pics!!

the quickshift is one of the tightest and shortest ones i have felt!!

so, what do you think?

they aint JDM spec, they are standard spec, and i seen a pic of one on PH with a square plate and thought it looked good?

yes its a carbon fibre bonnet (read the description i put at the start, it says all the modifications)

i aint intending on spending money on coilovers etc, the only thing i will be buying is drilled and grooved discs and pads (very soon) not interested in modifying cars anymore, didnt even want to own another modified car, not had one for nearly 2 years, the pnly reason i have this is cause it was cheap

oh and when i was getting the documents done for putting my personal plate on i found out that i know the owner previous to my mate, so i have 6 years history from my mate, and maybe another 2 year from the previous owner!!
