just swapped my pile of crap corsa for an even worse corsa but at least its a gsi i suppose........

picked it up last saturday and as been busy at work haven't had time to start it until today...

the plans are-

smooth boot/doors/rain rails

lowered 110mm all round

revolution 13inch wheels

badboy bonnet

smooth front/rear bumpers

cams

throttle bodies

quickshift

i started working on it today and i removed both door handles and made plates to weld them in but wasnt allowed to play with the welder

and as i wasnt allowed on the welder i swapped my smooth boot over









then i decided i wanted to relocate the petrol cap so i stripped the rear out then out came the grinder






i then prceeded to cut the filler neck




after i cut the filler neck i run around looking for ramdon hoses which i found on a ford transit intercooler so removed without boss seeing and cut it to fit



after that i decided i needed to find the right place for it to sit so i mess about






then i thought this would be the best place



different angle



thats all i done for now tomorrow i will make up a breather pipe and re-fit the petrol tank and get the plates welded to the doors

Right so you now have to open your boot to put fuel in?

yeah and i know every1 will say it silly but i wanted a smooth car so it had to be moved

i welded in the plates to start off my smooth doors



after i welded them in i then filled with fibreglass






then i sanded them down






that is it until wednesday hopefully be in primer then

no real hardship in openign the boot is there, good idea tbh will fuck people up when they see u have no cap good job mate, hope u fitted a solenoid kit before welding them plates in lol

na sonny it hasnt come yet but will hopefully be here soon i am going to bad boy the boot this week too. and with opening the boot the button his hidden will look sick when its done will get more pics up wednesday man

Has just brought some wheels now the owner of 13inch by10inch wide rear and 13 by 7 front weller wheels when I get on laptop will upload pics of them and of the finished doors

only done a little at work today ont he corsa as been too busy

but have fillered both drivers and passenger doors





then sanded them down





tomorrow i am going to give them another wipe of filler and then sand and primer

well today my weller wheels arrived so i to fit a rear and a front and they looking sick just need bigger arches now i think.....
