phase 3 kits come with a 5 position adjuster for boost. i would suspect that what 5 stage boost means.

Gives gains to 310bhp and 315ft/lb of torque.
Boost pressure is set to 1.15 bar and ECU engine monitoring, lambda sampling and engine protection is increased for far more driveability throughout the rev range, this gain is achievable on a good standard engine internals, and an OE spec turbo with a suitable intercooler fitted.
The driver can turn the power wheel switch at any moment during driving to alter boost pressure on the move!
