On weekdays, cereal. This week it's Crunchy Nut At weekends usually a fry up one day and English Muffins or something on the other.

Usually nothing but had a cinnamon bagel today.

Sometimes have beans on toast or a cheese and marmite toasty if my stomach hurts

Usually have something about 9-9.30 when I'm at work. Usually a yoghurt and a nutrigrain bar. At weekends I have cereal or toast.
