I dont usually post pictures of the cars that I have detailed but as this one is something a bit more special then what I usually have the pleasure of working on!

Luckily had break in the weather today and managed to get it down before the owner heads down to Le Mans tonight. Would have liked to spend a bit more time on it and the interior just had a wipe down and hoover.

Process

- wheels cleaned with Meguiars wheel brightener diluted 4:1
- Sealed with Poor boys wheel sealent
- Tyres dressed with Chemical guys new look trim gel (find this superb and durable on tyres)

- Rinse and Pre Clean with Super Snow Foam
- Wash with Meguiars gold class shampoo using meguiars microfibre mitt and 2 bucket method
- Dried with Sonus blue perl drying towels

- Clayed with Dodo Juice purposeful clay bar and born slippy clay lube
- Washed and dried as per above

- Polished by hand with Poorboys SSR 2.5 Super Swirl Remover (I usually use lime prime but didnt have any in)
- waxed with Dodo Juice Blue Velvet
- Final wipe down with Dodo Juice Red Mist

- Trim dressed with Meguiars gold class trim detailer
- Exhaust cleaned with Meguiars NXT all metal polysh
- Glass cleaned with Meguiars NXT glass cleaner

Very pleased with how it came up considering all done by hand and the limited time. Car has only done just over 30k and was previously owned by an old boy.

Owner wanted me to do a drive by to see it rolling and to hear how it sounds outside the car and it sounds absolutely superb, nice deep growl.

thanks for looking

Sorry about quality of pictures had to use my iphone as my camera is broken.

Sorry for lots of wheel pics but I was chuffed with the results on these

Few shine shots as crappy camera hasnt really caught the finish on the main pics

Yes ever since one of my friends turned up at my door with a box full of mothers products back in 2003. To be honest its a curse and ive spent many a whole weekend doing cars with a crippled back at the end of it

Because it's not stones, it's just a gritty finish on the drive

Take the 0 off the link btw.

Hang on, you've been detailing since 2003? I'm sure this is the first one you've mentioned!

You need a lot nicer camera for the shots. Nice car tho, looks shiny

I parked my old car next to the door at the pub once, came out later to find rings on top where people had put their glasses down Needless to say I've not parked there again

Dodo Juice Red Mist?

Its a quick detailer. Seth will have applied it last to finish the car off. Its great. Smells amazing and leave such a deep glossy finish.
