i dont get this cant hit women bollocks.

noone should hit anyone male or female, but if someone is giving it back as good as its getting then why should it matter if its male or female.

some women are stronger then some skinny blokes, so why would it be ok to hit the skinnier bloke, but not the women.

Although on saying that, they are fairly strict on the cops in the USA too, how strict I don't know as I'm not a yank but a yank friend told me they don't get it so easy either.
