Well keeps engine temps down so must be a good thing but keeps the heat in the exhaust so maybe a chance of damage if its cheap. Have heard rumours of them cracking but no first hand experiance

Just dont go too far down the manifold if you have a low car... kid that done mine before i had it did and its kind of shredded now from speed bumps ect... also kills the turbos by getting too hot if done on a trubo engine in some cases but not always!

2.0 redtop, engines not in yet but its all nice and painted and polished want it to look as nice as possible

sticker sthere for temporary until i repolish the rocker cover horrible black lead mark there so covered up for a minute, made the oil cap from a centre cap

do it mate deffo an improvement, its the same silver as the gearbox obviously the light effeting it

Not to fussed on the sticker. The filler cap would look better with the standard black cap or a polished alloy one.

pointless on most cars, gets wet and can rot exhaust, not really meant for everyday road cars
