you can ring up, as long as you make a massive fuss about it and somehow blame them, they sometimes take the charges down

with all the taxpayers bailing out the banks, it will almost be like claiming it back from yourself

Martin Lewis still thinks you can but in reality you cant.

I think the judge was knobbled!
Could you imagine the amount they would have to pay back. I think Charges are the banks main earner?

if it's old charges i doubt you could claim it back now at all, if it's existing charges you can sometimes blag it down a bit.

end of the day, if you go over, the bank are using their money to cover your expenses and i agree their charges take the piss but that's how they make their money. Just try to be more careful in the future
