Double post?
I had 2.25" but when I replaced it I had 2" as the guy who fabricated it for me said he would recommend it. I personally didn't notice any difference.
From what I remember reading on here, 2 - 2.5" is best for an XE.

2 inch is std bore from the cars the engine was i isnt it? i had 2.25 on corsa xe.
