I won a cept 19 for a friend on my ebay account, back in may, she had it for about 5 days and it stopped working, so i contacted the seller, regaurding a refund, he stated to send it back to him, in that case i did, but via recoreded delivery, so it would be signed for.
this has been going on for ages now, so ive been checking daily, for a responce for the seller, with no avail, he hasnt even been botherd to contact me, ive tryed to call him text him and email him, but still nothing.
I recived this today from paypal.

I believe the intended recipient has to complete forms too so if they cannot answer an email I doubt they will complete and return paperwork...

no they dont. or didnt when i put in a claim. some bastard from RM stole my phone on its way to envirophone. RM said i had to wait 15 days then put in a claim, i showed them an email from envirophone with the phones value and a copy of my receipt for the postage, said it would take four weeks to come back to me, 3 weeks later i got a cheque for the full amount plus postage costs (as i sent special delivery). They must not have spoken to envirophone as its still on the website as pending delivery

i bought a se satio phone on thur from ebay, ive never heard anything from him....i did email asking if he had a buy it now price and he wanted £170 but i won the bid at £120. either he has fucked me off or sold it else were!
