Ive got an oil cooler and its going to be fitted when i rebuild my engine but ive got a few questions.

How do i fit the sandwich plate? It might seem a stupid question but i understand i have to remove the original oil filter thread but what do i put in its place to hold the plate on and where do i get it from?

Also where can i get the fittings that attach to the sandwich plate? The pipes that go from the plate to the cooler?

Ive looked on google under a million different searches but cant find any answers

Ye i saw that. It would probably be cheaper to just buy the thread and pipes though.

Its self assembly that one so all i have to do is leave off one end and slide it onto the vauxhall cooler. The fiitings in the middle of the pic would attach to the other end and then bolt into the plate. Need to check the thread sizes though.
