We've been debating this at work! (Yes we are all a bit mental)..
So far we have concluded that the gravity would be strongest at the center of the sides so all of the water would pool there like giant chocolate buttons along with most life forms. Depending on the shape of the atmosphere the verticies (corners) would all be almost unscalable mountains but it would appear completely flat although you would feel like you are on a hill.
It would be a complete head fuck!

You can't apply standard physics rules to it if you are treating Earth as a cube, it wouldn't be if standard physics still applied.

Yeah in reality the corners would crush them selves and it would eventually turn back into an oblate spheroid.
But it is interesting to be Hypothetical about it

i made an interesting discovery by putting atoms under pressure until they forced each other to compress and the number 6 was revealed to me, no matter how you squash the atoms they always end up with 6 corners/points when split
