You look a lot better for it fella. I think many (unless very lucky) don't think they will get fat, but slowly if you do eat a bit of shit, drink, and don't exercise, you certainly will, over time, put a lot of fat on.

If people ever want to lose fat, or put on muscle, it really is quite simple. Do shit loads of cardio, and do a varied amount of weights 3/4/5 times a week for an hour or hour and a half. You need to be dedicated, but once you start seeing improvements its a great motivation. And, eat and drink well of course.

Stay consistent and don't give in to any temptations. I used to have many small meals a day, perhaps 4 or 5, plenty of chicken, fish, fruit, water. Protein shakes all that shit. As I say once I saw improvements it gave me motivation to keep on going, keep working hard and stick to a very well balanced diet.
2 Hours might be a bit much, its a lot better to go for an hour/hour and a half and cane it down the gym. Losing fat, then obviously you want to do cardio, but do a different range, running, bike, step machine, rowing etc
I am not an expert, but just saying what I did..

Well done mate, I think I need to follow in your footsteps and do the same, but have a bad habit of eating junk and normally always before bed and smoking doesn't really help
