We are with Talk Talk and all is fine, we moved house and after a few weeks got re connected at new place

Few months after we move in and land line is sorted we get letters thanking us for using talk talk and sad to see us go to another provider.

I called up and was advised system issue

Just had the bill and we have been charged £120 contract penalty fee!!!!

SO called up and aparantly we have been telephone slammed and talk talk are no longer supplying our calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF????

Got the fee waived and they are also going to waive the re connection fee

Got them to do 6mths free @ £18.48 for the pleasure.

Found out can be upto 6weeks without internet and phone so gonna go for more like 12mths and get them to pay for a mobile dongle...

So fucking pissed off right now!

Ohhh and they said they no longer supply our line etc and i asked who did they didn't even know!!

Got told to call 150 and it will advise me? But when i do that it goes to talk talk?

someone/company has taken over the line. like BT taking over the phone line when you are with talk talk. Sometimes this can be illegal!

Although i think this is a cockup talktalk side....
