Is it possible? Finding it hard to source some GSi shafts and I've ran out of money so will it work or do I need some different inners?

It's for a corsa c20xe conversion, Can't find any corsa gsi shafts so what other shaft can I use? corsa sport shafts with different inners?

you cant use corsa sport shafts at all can you? thought the gsi's were fifferent all together regarding the splines??

You can use 1.6 corsa sport shafts with MK2 cav inners

it must be 1.6 sport shafts 22 spline on the inner side of the shaft , and use cav mk2 1.6 inner cv joints

juse checked any the 1.4 shafts i have are 28 spline?

I know with Nova's you can use anything from 1.2 upwards as they're all the same size although GSi ones are slightly thicker I think.

1.4 shafts are 28 spline mostly, try and find some 1.6 shafts, or tigra 1.6 shafts, should be 22spline

get down a scrappy then mate! look on ebay sometimes some cheap conversions shafts go through there, even a set of welded ones maybe till you have the money to get some proper ones! all i can say from experience mate is not to do it on a small budget unless you take your time and source your cheap/ bargin parts first over time, abit late now i no ha! just saves yu alot of money in the long run which i'm finding out now!
