I mean on the driver side. I can pretty much lift the suspension outta the lower arm.
I turned a corner and the wheel just locked. Thankfully I was just turning into my drive.

don't think there's much chance that it was fine a month ago that's some sloppy MOT'ing!

Looks like there's about a 2mm gap between the hub carrier and the lower arm?
Nut it still present so it must have stripped the threads. I would be replacing the bottom ball joint if there is play.

Its a common accord fault. I've had 2 in the last couple months that have popped out whilst being driven. There an absolute cunt to recover when they go..
Eck will confirm this as I was sat outside his house for over 2 hours trying to get the last one onto the flatbed.

Ended up trying to move the car 1.6 miles away from the house to get free AA recovery. Ended up popping the ball joint right out and subsiquently ripping the driveshaft out... bugger Ah well.
Time for beer.

Have fun fixing it, I had to change 2 of them on my accord for the MOT. Whole hub off, combo of acetylene and cold water to get the ball joint out, press the new ones in. Total pain in the arse.

Why? Has he done the same? Does he hate the thought of a car maintained to a poor level?
I'm lost...
