Done 99% of it single handed.
Thanks to all who helped out, giving me lifts to TMS for parts, obtaining me things etc.
Chuffed to bits, second XE, first built one.
Rebuilt most of it.
New stem seals, head skimmed (8 thou), every gasket replaced, majority of seals replaced.
Battery in the boot, few personal touches here and there.
Smoothed parts of engine bay and tucked what wiring i could.

None now, pics were taken just as the car came out my garage and waiting for my mate bringing me a pile.

Thanks Coughtrie
Still got a few bits and bobs to tidy up, my cam and timing covers are a darl silver/grey but i managed to chip the cam cover so going to redo that through the week, just wanted to make sure it ran well before i got too carried away.
It's done now, just disappointed the paint in my engine bay didnt come out as planned but i can redo thay at a later date.
