For those at TVL this weekend who witnessed Neil completely Pwning Bo Neilson in his time attack car can you give me your opinions on the matter.
From where I was standing the TA car was being driven hard so I don't think he was out taking it easy, yet Neil was taking about a second off him per lap in the coupe.
Both cars were absolutely flying round and were great to watch.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

What were the conditions like at that time? My only guess was that Bo wasn't on it.
Having said that, Neil categorically was. That thing flies.

Neil had him beat from what I could see, both looked like they were pushing it IMO

just because its in TimeAttack doesnt mean its the fastest thing around - just means Bo has the balls to have a go

whats the coupe running compared to bo's? Bo is an awesome driver but i would have expected Neil to be a blob on driver too,

Last I heard from Neil he was lapping in 1min23s which is quick, but certainly not TA pace.

I have a feeling it wasn't Bo driving because his car came out again on the next session and it was going a lot quicker.

I'd expect a turbocharged TA FWD car to be lapping in around 1min15 at Combe.

yup - just had a look at some lap times and going by some cars that I know are a good few Secs slower than Fee would suggest Bo 'could' lap in the 1:15's
If the Astra coupe was doing 1:23's its quite slow to be honest

Yeah, no offence to Neil as he was one of the quickest out there but I don't think it was Bo driving on that session.

I still reckon neils car was one of the quickest of the day, with his missus onboard aswell

I have "raced" Neil as such in my civic on two occasions and the car is seriously well setup. I had a crap geo setting on the day but his car and his driving are extremely good!

I've also 'raced' Neil, fortunately his driving has improved by the sounds of it as this time he doesn't appear to have ended up in the gravel pmsl
