I keep waking up thinking I've left the PC on, every night I do it. It's starting to piss me off now.

Dreams usually highlight your desires - subconsciously or not...apparently you desire dappy to lick your baws

The way you referred to it as a dream and not a nightmare worries me, scoob.

only if you follow the Freudian line of dream analysis
if you look into the bio-logical and other explanations for dreams most of em come to the conclusion there pretty much meaningless.

I had a fucked up one the other day...
Some shit had been happening the entire dream... Then I was chasing this woman, but she was escaping across this large open area of a park or something...
... for some reason I was then being persued.
So I was running, and trying to keep a low profile... I remember thinking I had got away and wondered why no one was chasing me anymore.
Then I heard her say... I can find out where you are at any point, like now.
And at that moment, I turned around in my dream and literally everyone was standing facing me, pointing their finger. (a bit like inception where everyone starts to notice you).
This suddenly shocked me into waking up in bed.
Was quite odd.

How come you can never punch anyone in a dream? it's always in slow motion.

not necessarily true.
I was in Thailand and had been watching live muai thai fighting.
Then that night I was sleeping, but dreaming I was in the ring fighting ... I was throwing such hard elbows that I actually threw one in real life in my bed and woke myself up - my mate who was asleep in the room said he woke up to see me throwing my arms about punching the air in my sleep
I blame Doxycycline ... My dreams have never been normal since. It's like dreaming x100 of lucidity and blurs the lines of your brain knowing whats real or dream. Unfortunately, this means jumping out of bed in the middle of the night thinking you're being robbed, then after about 3 seconds standing there thinking wtf am I doing? and climbing back in bed.

Sleep Paralysis, it's scary, I've had it for years. You wake up and can't move or sometimes breath but you're aware of it, you have to really make an effort to do either.
